Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience requirements
• 6+ months customer service representative experience.
• At least 1 year experience working with computers and multiple software applications.
Qualifications
• Must apply online and take the online assessment as a requirement.
Skills
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
