$17.00 per hour plus night shift differential - Work shift is 3pm to 12am with two consecutive weekdays off!

Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience requirements
• 6+ months customer service representative experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Work hours
Class Starting June 10, 2019

Training Schedule 6 weeks
Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm and runs for an 6 week period. 100% attendance is mandatory

After Training Work Shift:3:00 pm – 12:00 am (two days off during the weekdays, required to work Saturday & Sunday)

The Flushing Spectrum call center is open 7 days a week, 7:00 am until midnight including holidays
